 Payment invoices are sent out to homeowners at the beginning of each quarter.

Homeowners have the option to pay electronically from a bank account or credit card at www.paypal.com. Using a credit card will incur additional fees from PayPal. Currently, the fees are 3.9% plus a $.30 transaction fee. If the payment is sent from an established bank account though PayPal, the payment can be sent as a friends and family money transfer to info@hollygardenshoa.com
